J. Clancy Casey
Managing Partner and Founder

Casey Capital Partners was founded by J. Clancy Casey in 2009.  Mr. Casey has 21 years of real estate investment experience encompassing more than $3.9 billion in gross asset value. He is also a co-founder and Managing Partner of Echo Bridge Partners, a real estate investment firm that manages  discretionary capital and makes opportunistic and value-added investments in the residential, hospitality, office, retail and industrial sectors.

Mr. Casey was previously a Managing Director and Partner at BayNorth Capital, a real estate private equity firm that was established in 2004 by the real estate principals of Charlesbank Capital Partners.  Charlesbank is the successor firm to Harvard Private Capital Group, which managed the direct private equity and real estate portfolios for the Harvard University endowment fund.  Mr. Casey joined Charlesbank in 1999 and was a Vice President until the formation of BayNorth Capital in 2004.

Prior to joining Charlesbank, Mr. Casey was a financial analyst in the Real Estate and Lodging Group of the Investment Banking Division at Salomon Smith Barney.

Mr. Casey is a graduate of the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, with a BS in Business Administration.  He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
